At Oakcha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not in love with your scent, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Securely place the perfume bottle in its original luxury packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely and without damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
